June 12, 2001 –  April 30, 2008  Deâ??Shae Mechelle Walker, age 6, of Sherman, Texas went to be with her Heavenly Father on April 30th, 2008 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Baby Deâ??Shae or Shae-Shae as most called her, was born on June 12, 2001 in Denison, Texas to Duke and Deâ??Naie Walker.
Family night is scheduled for Tuesday, May 6, 2008, from 7-10:00pm, at Meador Funeral Home. The family will receive friends as well. Funeral services will be held at 4:00pm, Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Whitesboro, Texas. Deâ??Shae will be laid to rest immediately following at Oakwood Cemetery in Whitesboro.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Adkins, Roy G. Bryan, Bill Corbin â??Tinkerâ?, Nathan Morales, Jaime Ramairez, Tony Prutch, Devan Gadek and Raymond G. Corbitt.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Brayden Woods, Daxton Walker Lane, JoJo and Bling-Bling.

DeShae is survived by her loving parents, Duke and Deâ??Naie Walker of Sherman, half sisters Dana Condron of Sherman, Kinsey Walker of Bells, sibling Daxton Walker Lane of Sherman. Grandparents Albert â??Bubâ? Kinchen of Whitesboro, Weldon and Dorla Walker of Sherman, Great Grandmother, Via Quarles formerly of Whitesboro, her â??MEMEâ? Monica Aleman, her best buddies, JoJo and Bling- Bling and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Deâ??Shae was preceded in death by her Grandmother, Phyllis Kinchen of Whitesboro and cousin, Draper Lane of Mississippi.

Deâ??Shae attended Hayes Primary School in Whitesboro. She previously attended Belden St. Montessori in Sherman for 3 years, where she retained high achievements. She was an avid learner who also could speak Spanish that never met a stranger. Deâ??Shae adored her mommy and daddy dearly. She loved all animals especially her dogs JoJo and Bling-Bling. She loved to dance, draw, color and make things for people that would always bring a smile to their faces.
She loved rainbows, but her favorite colors were pink, black and white. She loved playing with the neighborhood kids, Grace, Abby and Hanna, her schoolmates, Ashlee, Sadie, Keeley, Michelle, Ivy and Sage, and her special SubWay buddy, Tenley Jo. She also loved playing in the sand, swimming in the pool, and jumping on the trampoline. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
