Dale Jo Conner, 75, passed away August 31, 2020, at his home in Dexter, Texas. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro.
Dale was born October 15, 1944 in Sherman. He was in the U.S. Army for four years, honorably discharged in 1973 as a 1st lieutenant. Dale earned a B.A. in computer science at the University of Texas in Dallas. He loved his twenty-year career as a systems analyst at Sun Quest Systems in Tucson, Arizona, retiring in 2008 to Texas. he was an avid vegetable gardener, photographer and loving husband.
Dale is survived by wife, Joyce LaPorte; nephew, Richard Nowlin and wife, Marca; grand-nephew, Colton Nowlin and nephew, David Nowlin and family.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Naomi Conner and brother, Stephen Don Conner.
