Sadler – Claud Elwin Robinson, 76, of Sadler passed away at his home on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home of Whitesboro. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.He was born on February 2, 1942 in Gunter, Texas to Timothy D. and Emily Viola (Mayo) Robinson. He married Pat Hawkins on August 21, 1993 in Cooke County. He worked for Texas Instruments for many years, retiring from there in 2000. He enjoyed wood working, traveling, old westerns and was an avid NASCAR fan. Claud was a very loving man, he loved his children and his grandchildren very much and would do anything for a friend, if you knew him, you knew that there was nothing he wouldn’t do for you and you loved him for his caring nature. He was a member of the Whitesboro Masonic Lodge #263 A.F. & A.M.

Claud is survived by his wife, Pat Robinson of Sadler, daughter, Jane Robinson of Collinsville, daughter, Janet Talbert (Christy) of Galveston, daughter, Michelle King (Neal) of Era, daughter, Sherrie Hampton of Irving, son, Michael Robinson (Melinda) of Sherman, son, Benjamin Robinson (Jennifer) of Howe, son, Craig Taylor (Sherry) of Colorado, eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and brother, Wilburn Robinson.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Timothy and Viola (Sis) Robinson.
