February 8, 1934 –  April 3, 2009  SADLER รข?? Funeral Services for Clarence Arnold Reeves, 75, will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, April 6, 2009 at Faith Baptist Church in Gordonville with Rev. Jim Hardwick officiating. Interment will follow in Gordonville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at Faith Baptist Church in Gordonville from 6 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Clarence passed away on Friday, April 3, 2009 at his residence.

Clarence was born on Feb. 8, 1934 in Winfield, Kansas to Charles Leonard Reeves, Sr. and Vergie May (Clayton) Reeves. He married Erma Winborne on June 3, 1950 in Pampa, Texas. Clarence was a mechanic by trade. He loved helping people and fixed many peoples cars without charging them. He loved going to church, fishing, camping and bluegrass music. Clarence was an Elder at Faith Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Erma Reeves of Sadler, 3 sons, Mike Reeves of Gordonville, John Reeves of Sadler and Dan Reeves of Gordonville, 3 daughters, Jane Simmons of Bailey, Barbara Ann Holcomb of Gordonville and Wanda May-Jacobs of Denison, 2 brothers, Charles Reeves of Springdale, Arkansas and Wesley Reeves of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Clarence Ray Reeves and Clay Reeves, and 2 grandsons, Justin May and John Allen Renner.

Pallbearers are Michael Reeves, Christopher Reeves, Brian Reeves, Joseph West, Johnathan Reeves, Christopher Cox and Jacob Reeves.
