September 7, 1950 –  April 24, 2014  CHARLES ATKINSON COLLINSVILLE – Cremation arrangements for Charles Atkinson, 63, are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro, Texas. The family will be planning a memorial service at a later date.
He passed away at Texas Health Presbyterian, WNJ in Sherman, Texas on April 24, 2014.
Charles was born on September 7, 1950 in Dallas, Texas to Gerald and Billie (Swindle) Atkinson.
He is survived by his daughter, Holly Sparks, and her husband, Jorma, of Collinsville, TX; his son, Brandon Atkinson, of Ft. Worth; his brother, Don Atkinson, of Saginaw; his sister, Linda Farr, of Alvarado; three grandchildren: Andrew Sparks, Nathan Sparks, and Emily Sparks.
