April 12, 1934 –  January 16, 2015  Gainesville – Funeral services for Barbara Ann Lovett, 80, will be held on Monday, January 19, 2015, at 10 a.m., at Meador Funeral Home Chapel in Gainesville with David Gray officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Gainesville. Family visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M until 5:00 P.M. Sunday, January 18, 2015 at the funeral home. Mrs. Lovett passed away on January 16, 2015 at North Texas Medical Center in Gainesville.
Barbara was born on April 12, 1934 in Lubbock, Texas to Louis and Georgia Pearl (Huggins) Brown. She married James Lovett on September 17, 1993 in Gainesville, Texas. Barbara attended Hillcrest Church of Christ in Gainesville and was a member of the Rebekah Lodge in Gainesville. She enjoyed traveling with James, sewing and needlepoint. Her main hobby in life was doing for her granddaughters and taking care of others.
Survivors include her husband, James Lovett; sons, Bobby Hutchinson and Ken Hutchinson, all of Gainesville; four granddaughters, April Glass, Kayla Eggenberger, Brook Ortowski and Carlie Hutchinson; 5 great grandchildren and another due in February; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Louis Brown; mother, Pearl Robison; step-father, Earnest Robinson; husband, Bob Hutchinson and brother, Alton Brown.
Pallbearers will be; Larry Davenport, Mike Davenport, James Polk, Robert Boone, Chris Glass, Ronny Ortowski and Cole Ortowski.
