November 5, 1917 –  November 9, 2008  COLLINSVILLE- Graveside services for Aubrey Leo Stubblefield, 91, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 12, 2008 at Dixie Cemetery near Whitesboro with Rev. Ernest Sigrest officiating. Services are under the direction of Meador Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Visitation will be from 7 to 8 P.M. Tuesday, November 11, 2008, at the funeral home.
Aubrey passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2008 at his home in Collinsville.

Aubrey was born on November 5, 1917 in the Sandusky area to Thomas Madison and Alice Stubblefield. He was a devoted family man and a hard worker. His greatest joy was being with his family and playing his fiddle. Aubrey loved his Lord and Savior. He also loved building bird houses.

Survivors include a son, Ronnie Stubblefield and wife Mary of Whitesboro; a daughter, Barbara Robbins and husband Michael of Collinsville; step-son, Billy Ray Smallwood and wife Jeanette of Pottsboro; step-daughter, Sylvia Skinner of Sherman, 6 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 sisters and 4 brothers.

Pallbearers are Shane Stubblefield, Hank Courtney, Greg Stubblefield, Mike Robbins, Johnny Crittenden, Matt Crittenden, Mikey Robbins and Michael Franklin.
